The United Integrated Logistics team attended and contributed to the Supply Chain Conference, meeting leading figures from the Kingdom's logistics sector.
The United Integrated Logistics team attended the Supply Chain Conference, which brings together decision-makers across the logistics sector: supply-chain managers, operations directors and warehouse leads from major Saudi organisations.
Our contribution focused on a theme we consider central and yet often overlooked: most supply-chain problems do not begin in transport or procurement, but inside the warehouse itself — in receiving accuracy, storage-location discipline and the integrity of book balances.
The conference gave our team the chance to exchange experience on the most appropriate KPIs for measuring warehouse efficiency, best practice in cycle counting under ABC classification, and the role of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in sustaining improvement results.
