Full Warehouse Stocktake for a Client in Riyadh

The United Integrated Logistics team delivered a comprehensive stocktaking project across a client's warehouses in Riyadh, acting as a neutral and independent third party — which gives the results audit-grade standing with both internal and external auditors.

The project opened with careful planning well before count day: preparing the working environment and arranging goods, dividing the warehouse into defined counting zones based on the nature and classification of the items, and setting a strict movement plan to ensure no storage location was missed.

During execution, our supervisors oversaw the counting teams on site in real time, applying tagging standards rigorously to prevent double counting, and resolving any deviation the moment it was identified without disrupting the rest of the operation.

The project closed with a detailed variance report setting out the gaps between physical and book balances line by line, together with practical recommendations to strengthen inventory controls and prevent the same sources of error recurring.
